Planning questions, answered
Where are you based, and do you travel?
We're based in Beaufort, Killarney, Co. Kerry, and plan weddings and events across Ireland — from the Ring of Kerry and Killarney's five-star hotels to Adare Manor and beyond. Destination enquiries are always welcome.
What happens on a discovery call?
A relaxed, no-obligation chat about your plans — your date, venue ideas, guest numbers and vision. From there we'll recommend the level of planning that suits you best, whether that's full planning, partial planning or on-the-day coordination.
What's the difference between full and partial planning?
Full planning means we manage everything from concept to the last dance. Partial planning suits couples who have started organising but want expert help to bring it together. On-the-day coordination hands your finished plan to a safe pair of hands so you can be a guest at your own event.
How far in advance should we book?
For full wedding planning, 12–18 months ahead is ideal — popular Kerry venues and suppliers book out early. That said, we love a challenge; if your date is closer, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.
Do you take on corporate events as well as weddings?
Yes — alongside weddings we produce corporate gatherings, launches, incentive events, milestone celebrations, styling commissions and curated entertainment. Every brief gets the same standards of quality, integrity and efficiency.
